Leon Benjamin is currently a member of the President’s Faith-based Leadership Council which is tasked with rolling out the Opportunity Zone initiative, and he works closely with the Urban Development Coalition as director of the Coalition of Leaders United. Leon Benjamin has been a guest of the White House on at least 10 occasions and meets regularly with President Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, HUD Secretary Ben Carson and other members of the President’s administration.
